What if I told you I could find you 91.25 extra hours per year

I don’t have time. This is the statement I catch myself saying when I’m overwhelmed or look at my to-do list. It’s the excuse I use when I don’t want to do something.

And honestly, if you look at my calendar, it doesn’t look like I have time. I’m a single mom, I work full-time, I have an art studio, I have clients, I have friends, I have parents to look in on….well, you get the idea.

But here’s a fun little fact to put time into perspective. We all can spare 15 minutes per day. Now, if you add up 15 minutes per day; that is 91.25 hours per year! That’s 2 ½ weeks of paid time at a regular job. Now, what can I get done with 2 ½ weeks? HOLY Time!

Hmmm…no more excuses for not moving closer to my goals or dreams. Even for me as an artist, I’d rather paint than do the marketing part. But 15 minutes….I can tolerate just about anything for 15 minutes and make leaps and bounds towards my goals.

Tell me, what could you accomplish with just 15 minutes per day?

  1. Ah this is totally true. I have so much free time and little to no responsibilities, at least not any that are crucial and yet I get nothing done. It really is all in our head. There’s always time.
